The HUSH
The HUSH is an Organization led by Cillian Rodrigo after he was called upon to teach others what he knew about the Dark Arts, Voldemort, and the plots of the Death Eaters. It's founding members were Freja Mithra (Verillion at the time), Rose Tippet, and Dante Mithra. The group of them founded it in 1992, at the start of their 6th year in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The Mission
The orginal purpose of The HUSH was simple to educate the founding members in the Dark Arts during a time of need. Cillian, being a Death Eater at the time, was nominated to help teach the three remaining members. Freja was also asked to teach Cillian, Rose, and Dante the techniques on blocking the Imperius Curse and resisting the Cruciatus Curse that had been taught to her earlier in the year by Sebastian Glass. Both Rose and Dante were wary of this and kept a close eye on their new leader, feeling he could betray them at any time. Freja was more than welcoming to the idea, being Cillian's long time friend. She was the only one who knew just where her friend's loyalty lay.
Since then, Cillian has taken time to secretly teach the founding members all he has ever learned. All of the members have had at least one private lesson with him for one on one combating. He has also shown his utmost devotion to the group when he disbanded from the Death Eaters in order to keep those he knew safe during the famous Death Eater attack at the Ministy. Freja has had less time to teach Rose, but spent the summer of 1992 teaching her new husband, Dante, both of the techniques.
The HUSH has been together for a year now, and the current members are starting to realize their leader has more in store for them. Though none of them, with the exception of possibly Freja, have any idea just what Cillian has in store from them.
The Mark
Much like the Death Eaters have the dark mark, the HUSH has it's own marking. Each member of the HUSH has their right hand magically cut into with a spell Cillian created. Though painful at first, the wounds heal almost instantly, leaving only a smooth scar.
The mark it self is in the shape of an eye with a capital 'H' inside of the pupil. The marking is symbolic of the HUSH's motto: "Speak no evil, but hear and see it."
The Code
The HUSH strives on their code of secrecy. Right now they act as lurkers, keeping close tabs on the Ministry and Dark Lord a like. This is why their motto is what it is. They see every thing, but speak nothing if captured. They are bond by blood thanks to the method their mark is given, and are expected to accept death rather than reveal the secrets of the society. This however, doesn't happen often, as there are members lurking about everywhere, attempting to pull strings for their fellow HUSH members that may be captured.
The Ranks
Different ranks amongst the Members of the HUSH, who refer to themselves as "Mutes".
The Pantheon
This group consist of only the original four members.
- Cillian Rodrigo: The leader and mastermind behind the HUSH. Though the intentions of the group were originally for Dart Arts studies, he has altered the motives of the HUSH for his own plans. With connections within the Ministry, the Death Eaters, and Hogwarts he has become a very resourceful young leader to the group.
- Freja Mithra: Second-in-command would be the best title to give this girl. She is responsible for nominating Cillian to his position and also teaching members other techniques she has mastered. With her career interest in mind, Freja will become one of the group's best and most loyal links within Hogwarts.
- Rose Tippet: Though she was skeptical at first, Rose has turned into a loyal and more understanding member of the HUSH. It was through the organization that she began to see things in her leader that she never thought were possible. After her 7th year, she will open up a new connection to yet another power in the Wizarding World: St. Mungos.
- Dante Mithra: Like Rose, Dante was on the fence about the whole organization and Cillian leading it. After a year of training with the group, however, he has become very close with his team mates. The only problems he is having is the fact that he wishes to become an Auror, which will gain lots of insider information for the HUSH, but twist around his loyalty with two sides.
The Mutes
This is the general ranking of all of the members of the HUSH that are not a part of the orignal four. All of them act as agents of a sort, helping provide information and power to the group. To become a mute you must have been inducted into the HUSH and given the mark. No one is just accepted in, they must be a trusted compainion to one of the Council members whom they can depend on to be loyal to the end.
The Fates
A special group of Mutes that are spies with Seer abilities. These people are depended upon to give any information on threats to the organization. The Founders are very careful about the power these individuals hold, as they do not want those with seer abilities to overexert themselves.
The Trojans
A general group of insiders at the Ministry. They often hold jobs within the different offices like the Auror office and Department of Mysteries as well as any other areas that may hold information the organization may need.
The Leys
A collection of guerilla fighters for the HUSH. Their main task is to fight in the name of the HUSH. They carry on with normal life, but aren't at the hub of HUSH activity. The Leys are notified when they are needed and carry out their job as quickl and efficiently as possible.
