Cillian Rodrigo

Cillian Dwyn Rodrigo (Sil-Lee-Ann Dune Raw-Dree-Goh) is a 7th year Slytherin who was prefect in his 6th year, and became Head Boy in his 7th year. He is a character on the site Incantatem. The actor used for Cillian is Johnny Depp, but was drawn out first by his creator, Seiko Delano.

Appearence

Cillian is one for appearances, and thus he makes sure that he is presentable for all occasions. He is not so much high maintenance than just well groomed and taught. The only time he can be considered even a bit messy is after a Quidditch match.

In looks, Cillian takes a lot from his mother, having her deep blue eyes and black hair. He normally keeps his hair brushed back into a ponytail (approx. 6 in. in length) tied with a green ribbon to match his house at Hogwarts. From his father he inherited a handsome, tall, and athletic build which gave him a natural hand for Quidditch.

Even not restricted to a Hogwarts uniform Cillian tends to wear a nice dress shirt, a thin tie, and nice dress pants. Formal as it seem it's just what he's used to, since his house is almost always used as a gathering place for high class witches and wizards. He has more casual dress for other occasions, of course, but he's most commonly found in formal wear.

Personality

Cillian can be best described as the following: sarcastic, witty, and sadistic. He is not afraid to speak his mind and will be brutally honesty, especially with those on his bad side. Like most Slytherins, he holds the moral upbringing that his family taught him, having been raised in an old Wizarding family. This is what makes him noticeably bias against any wizard who is part muggle and muggles in general.

Despite these flaws, Cillian can actually be quite charming. He is not pompous when it comes to his looks, a rare trait for a Slytherin who knows he is attractive. Around friends he is much less insulting in his words and is all around a fun loving guy.

There is another side to his personality that is often shown, but never insulted without consequence, and that is his love for animals, especially magical ones. It is evident that Cillian would put one of his creatures before the life of another student or even himself, and his creatures are the same way. When around animal he is automatically put into a nurturing role, not caring what others think of it.

Incantatem History

There is no tragic past in the life of Cillian, nor does he care to make it out to be.

Cillian comes from two great, and most importantly, pure Wizarding families who have presumably been around since before even the days of Salazar Slytherin. His father’s side of the family originated in Spain, thus explaining his surname, but has long since mingled into territories. His mother’s side of the family has always had roots in England.

He has always had a very good relation ship with his parents, proud of his father and grateful of his mother. From the moment he was learning to walk and talk they taught him about the great Wizard, Lord Voldemort. They told him to be cautious of what he said around certain company, for there were many fools in the world who did not understand their great cause. Cillian took this information and stored into his young mind, and never let those lessons leave him.

In the years of his childhood before Hogwarts, Cillian was given many opportunities by his parents. His father quickly made sure that he could fly a broom and taught Cillian the ins and outs of Quidditch. Though what his mother introduced him too held a lot more significance in Cillian’s choice of a future occupation. It was his mother that taught him about all magical creatures, and even found ways of spoiling her son with illegal pets here and there. Cillian eventually found ways of his own to find other creatures to care for; there is a rumor or two that he’s even managed to get his hands on few dragon eggs.

In his first year of Hogwarts, Cillian was proud to be yet another Slytherin who hardly had the old sorting hat touch a hair on his head before it yelled out, “SLYTHERIN”. He quickly made friends upon sitting at his house table and was soon reunited with his old childhood friends whom had yet to be sorted.

Now in his second to last year at Hogwarts, Cillian has made quite an impression. He is now majoring in Care of Magical Creatures, one of the only Slytherins to do so. Majoring in this has also allowed him the ability to keep other creatures besides the normal cat, owl, rat or toad, but most of them aren’t allowed out of the field reserved for the Care for Magical Creatures class.
