Southern Kelnordev are an ethnic group tracing their origins to the Keldican peoples of the Northern Vrytev Provinces who were enslaved by Northern Coscivians in the conquered portions of those provinces, as opposed to Northern Kelnordev, who were enslaved and brought to the Northern Isles.
