Norkaltex Coscivian

Norkaltex Coscivian is a Coscivian language that was once spoken throughout the northern coasts and islands of Kaltlin. Today, no native speakers remain, but use of the language is retained in music, poetry, and literature. There are between 300 and 700 semi-speakers in the Kiravian Empire.
