Kexarin Sylvanus Hibernius Modoc Raincedar is a Kiravian public figure and former Emperor.
Biography
Raincedar was born at 7:30 pm on the 15th day of Seventhmonth, 24680, in the town of Fieldgreen, Indaha Region, Kirav.

Imperacy
Raincedar was given the Imperial Sceptre and officially sword in as emperor on Thirdmonth 45th, 24720 at the Spititual Cathedral in Kartika.
During the first five years of his tenure, Raincedar was devoted to modernising and fixing the flaws of former policies, and overseeing the Empire's expansion to include twenty more colonies. He also implemented domestic policies to ensure internal stability.
One of the most notable of Emperor Raincedar's actions occured later in his Imperacy. He opened for foreign involvement and contact, ending millenia of isolationism. He is respnsible for gaining nearly all of the Empire's foreign allies, initiating an Embassy program, creating the Kiravian Commonwealth, and, ultimately, approving unification with Pictavia to create the Silver Imperium.
Several wars, most in the Echo Islands, were conducted under Raincedars command, in addition to foreign intervention in Tartarystan, The New True Cross, and Alfegos.
