[edit] Stress

In any polysyllabic word, the stress is always on the first vowel of the first syllable, that is to say on the first vowel (a syllable has always at least one vowel). This helps to mark the beginning of each word in speaking, along with a small pause between one word and another. There cannot be phonemic differences based on stress and the stress does not need to be marked on words in writing, since there is such simple consistent rule: it always falls on the first vowel of each word, that is the first vowel of the first syllable.

[edit] Intonation

Intonation is free: any speaker can use whatever pattern of intonation he desires, e.g. more emphasis can be given to one or more words in a sentence to stress them.

[edit] Phonology

This is a perfectly phonetic language: there is a strict one-to-one relationship between each phoneme and grapheme, no exceptions allowed, including silent letters. This is to ease both writing and reading.
