London Sato Rush is a prominent Takaran political figure, and the first Lady-Chancellor of the Takaran Imperial Court. Though it is claimed as nothing more than mere friendship by both parties involved, there was once rumored to have been a relationship between then Lady Rush and then Zeth Holt. Had the relationship been true and panned out, it would have been regarded as the most politically influential union in Takaran history.

Her reputation as Lady-Chancellor, praised as the best of the modern era by some, has also earned her the nickname London "Satan" Rush by her more disapproving critics.
