The Freiheit Exercise

The Freiheit Exercise, also known as the First Freikorps Military Exercise, was an RP battle and recruitment test between the Freikorps and a group of others simply called "The Opposition," held on the planet Freiheit One.The original thread can be found here.

Leaders

Although the exercise is usually referred to as having only two sides, there were in fact three groups participating in the event. The Opposition was led by Chaz Natlo, who was referred to as simply "Avalon" for the duration of the exercise. The Freikorps were led by first Zeth Holt, and later by Cataphrak Stormraider. The third side in the confrontation was a minor group of free mercenaries led by Soviet Comrade.

Synopsis

The Freiheit exercise was held in a wasteland with no vegetation, cover, or wildlife of any kind known as the Von der Tann system. Those making up the Opposition were Communishyfen members Avalon, Tanooki_Mario, Bandgeek2007, Inuit Goddess (under the name Erica), Anne Brunner,and Eskimo Child. After much discussion and set up of troops and supplies, Fleet Admiral Cataphrak Stormraider finally gave the order for the exercise to begin. Avalon began by ordering his 20,000 men to aim downrange, followed by Erica's men. A third party then entered, those led by Soviet Comrade. Zeth directed from the Praesieofor the RFM corps to attack on the front lines. However, in Round One no damage was done to either side. Round Two began with Soviet Comrade barking out multiple orders to his troops.
