Takari is a world located in the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. It is the baseworld/center of operations of the Takaran Imperial Galactic Armada and Takaran Empire,as well as the homeworld of several presonages of note, including Field Marshal Zeth Holt. Located in the Takaran System, it is a center of interuniversal trade and communications.

Planetary Environment
The homespace of Takari is similar to the surface in that it is well facilitated but at the same time maintained in a balance of sparse structural prominence. It is true that there is little in the space between Takari and its moons, almost nothing spare a few small stations and weapons satellites. Some of the CAs (Conservative-Aggressives) in the Takaran Imperial Court have been protesting this apparent lack of protection for the homeworld for a considerable amount of time, since before the Empire even began interstellar expansion. Often pointed out as the countermeasure to this are the considerable defensive and offensive weapons structures located on Gerra, the larger, second moon of Takari, and the next closest planets in the system: Illyria and Zen. These include counterpoint energy matrices.

The larger of Takari's two natural satellites, with a diameter measuring 4,809km (~2,988mi), is the home to the most formidable of its host's defenses. The surface is literally covered with sprawling complexes devoted to troop lodging, research and development, fighter launch facilities, and fleet docks. While not completely hollowed as in the case of its Terran counterpart, Luna, large sections of the interior of the moon have been carved out and built into for similar usages as the surface. The deepest feature is the Perseus-Orion Shunt Cannon, which is currently under construction and should be available for trial testing early 2263.
Uroda
Main Article: Uroda
The smaller of the two natural satellites, with a diameter measuring 3,678km (~2,285mi), is an extensively takraformed ecumenopolis supporting approximately 71% of the Takaran planetary system's population (total 10.8 billion). Interspersed with a number of public and private parks and gardens, the city satellite was designed, like so many other things in Takaran Culture, with beauty as a high priority. Buildings are neat, organized, and sleekly-designed, emphasizing the stringent policies of public display in place within the Empire's homespace. Under the surface the structure is more flexible, in some instances as sprawling and unorganized as an ant hill. Predictably, most of the less-than-legal activity present, or attempted to be made present, in the Imperial Capital is in the Uroda Underground. Obviously, the expression "beauty is only skin deep" has a very special and literal meaning to Takarans.
==Surface Overview
Takari, over time, has allowed most of its larger cities to die out, in favor of small towns centered around the homes and holdings of the nobility. These larger cities, once mostly abandoned due to the government encouraged "Space Rush," were demolished and restored to a state of natural growth. Of those that remain, cities like the Imperial Capital at Varsovia are neatly organized metropolises near the center and become increasingly disorganized as they move outwards. Older sections and boroughs are rambling urban jungles while newer and more recently remodeled sections are as neat and organized as the center. The majority of these cities, which also include Aquilia, Kent, and Sargon among others, include cultured garden parks.
Elsewhere on the planet, the holdings of the nobility—of which there 283 families and 561 individual estates, all highly variable in size—are surrounded by towns with populations often smaller than 100,000 people. The estates are generally structured in one of two ways. The first layout is centralized around the structural holding of the noble family itself, then surrounded by the estate property associated with it. Along the edge of the estate proper is the town, many times arranged in a crescent shape surrounding one side of the estate proper. The second layout, which is more common amongst the very oldest and sometimes unused noble residencies, is still centered about the structural holding. However, rather than being surrounded completely by the estate proper, the structural holding is on the edge of both the town and the estate proper boundaries.
