NOTE: Anissa is your rival for Jin, and it's easy to get her up to three hearts just by talking to her whenever you stop by the Souffle Farm. Be careful if you're trying to woo Jin -- either make sure not to talk to Anissa, or avoid the Clinic completely so you don't trigger the rival events.
