From the game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64.

You can get the fire spiritual stone and water stone before you get the deku stone. Go to the kid who blocks you from getting to Hyrule field in the beginning of the game. Slowly and barely lift the left side of the cartridge out of the system. Link will go through the kid. Then slowly put the cartridge back in so the game doesn't glitch and freeze. It may take a couple of tries without it freezing. It also works with the kid in front of the Deku tree and the rocks in the Lost woods blocking the Goron place.
