Joseph Anza

Joseph Anza (more commonly known as Anza) is a Safety Patroller and best friend to Karen Tehama. Anza's main job in the Safety Patrol is to patrol areas of the grounds and gather witness statements at a crime scene.
History
Little is known about Anza due to the fact that he is a background character of the series. It is unknown when he joined the Safety Patrol, he usually patrols the grounds as seen in various episodes or gather evidence and witness statements at a crime scene, he also appears to have good research skills.
Anza is known for keeping a calm and relaxed attitude, no matter the situation. When needed by other members of the safety patrol he has the ability to provide useful information and skills.
