Description
These craft are the main line of the new D.O.D. space force. They are shaped like wedges, 340 ft long and 45 ft wide and high at the end. Also, they are atmospheric capable, though barely and this is rarely used.
In armament, cruisers possess 8 Capital Grade F-Beamers, 10 Interceptor missile launchers, plus 1 rapid fire railgun and 2 Vehicle Grade F-Beamers for point defence. In addition to this, their fighter bays hold 2 shuttles, 2 gunboats & 4 mechs each.
One last thing, despite being called "cruisers" their size and tonnage are closer to frigates. However, the D.O.D. isn't a proper military, so they have to make do with what they can afford.
