Brief Description

Mark is one of Samuel's NPCs. He's a male human and an ex-Sergeant of the MPLF. Finally, he's a total Mook Mincer armed with a unique Combi-Weapon. Think old film James Bond, though with less sex, armed with an assault rifle sized Lawgiver.

Physical Description

Mark is a human male with a slim but muscled build, blue-grey eyes and short black hair. He also has a massive scar that runs from the outer corner of his right eye to his mouth, thin lips that often bare a cruel smile and a lantern jaw. He appears to be in his late thirties.

Mark was a Sergeant in the MPLF until very recently. On the run from the authorities for the murder of a DF R&D scientist, his whole family and the theft of the prototype weapon he was working on, he encountered Samuel in disguise. Some Mind Control Cream later, Mr Porter and his stolen gun had a new boss.

Personality wise, Mark is a borderline psychotic that suffers from severe Moral Myopia. If your on his side, all’s well and good, but if your not, then you’re nothing. Just meat for the mincer. And that is what he is, an utter Mook Mincer, a One Man Army, a killing machine that’s capable of slaughtering untold numbers of people without blinking an eye. Providing they ain’t “one of us”, of course.

The Gun that he stole is an improvement on the Bunny Electro-Magnetic Carbine. In addition to the grenade launcher, it also mounts a flamethrower. It uses Hyperspace technology to give it multiple extended ammo clips, for all three weapons. Finally, it has voice recognition, so modes can be changed by verbally, and recognizes its owner, so only Mark can use it.
