The Terran Weaponed Armada Troops, commonly abbreviated to TWAT, are a military organisation allied with the EGS Defense Force.

The TWAT space fleet consists of battlecruisers, carriers and fighters.

Battlecruisers

The TWAT fleet has two different kinds of battlecruiser: the Obliterator-class and the Business-class.

Obliterator-class

• Weapons: Plasma cannons, sound cannons, a variety of missiles and torpedoes based on Kwaktonium-743, the Really Really Big Gun
• Fighters: None
• Advantages: Durable, useful weapons array, relatively fast
• Disadvantages: Old, mostly obsolete, cannot carry fighters
• Note: The Giant Spaceship Thing o' Doomness is an Obliterator-class ship.

Business-class

• Weapons: Plasma cannons, laser cannons, EMP generators, Kwaktonium-743 weapons, the Really Really Big Gun
• Fighters: None
• Advantages: Durable, useful weapons array, relatively fast, newer model
• Disadvantages: Cannot carry fighters
• Note: Updated version of the Obliterator-class.

Carriers

The TWAT fleet has only one kind of carrier: the Algebra-class.

Algebra-class

• Weapons: Plasma cannons, sound cannons, EMP generators, Kwaktonium-743 weaponry, railguns, laser cannons, the Really Really Big Gun
• Fighters: Large consignment of J-251 Wasps and L-253 Hornets
• Advantages: Built like a Sherman tank, bristling with weapons and fighters
• Disadvantages: Slow, not very manoeuvrable

Fighters

TWAT space forces include two classes of fighter: the J-251 Wasp and L-253 Hornet.

J-251 Wasp

• Weapons: Twin wing-mounted laser cannons
• Mothership: Algebra-class carrier
• Advantages: Fast, lightweight, manoeuvrable
• Disadvantages: Short-range only, no heavy weaponry

L-253 Hornet

• Weapons: Twin wing-mounted laser cannons, single EMP generator
• Mothership: Algebra-class carrier
• Advantages: Fast, lightweight, manoeuvrable, newer model
• Disadvantages: Short-range only, no heavy weaponry
• Note: Updated version of the J-251 Wasp.

Discontinued Ships

The Extermination-class battlecruiser and the K-252 Bumblebee are no longer in use.

Extermination-class

• Weapons: Plasma cannons, sound cannons, a variety of missiles and torpedoes based on Kwaktonium-743
• Fighters: None
• Reason for discontinuation: Made obsolete by Obliterator-class

K-252 Bumblebee

• Weapons: Twin wing-mounted laser cannons, single EMP generator
• Mothership: Algebra-class carrier
• Reason for discontinuation: Tended to explode without warning, stupid name
