Appearance
It is a blue liquid, produced in small amounts.
Powers
When ingested, it will heal any wounds, no matter how serious. It cannot resurrect, though it can kill any undead stupid enough to ingest it (hence the weapon categorization). It is also capable of neutralizing the mutative effects of Tiberium.
Creation
Creating one dose takes two days and complex machinery.
