As far as the forums go, Drayco is the moniker the Artmoogle uses to maintain his power of adorable secrecy. Or it was what he was calling himself at the time he made the account on the forums, anyway.
The Artmoogle is the real artist, with Drayco being the muse. Well, no, actually the Artmoogle is another muse as well, but the artist behind the computer uses his own personality as a rough base or the Artmoogle's, so he just seems like that.
