<u>Appearance</u>: Shoulder long, straight, dark Hair, usually covered by a baseball cap. He shaves only occasionally, resulting in a short, wild looking attempt of a beard. His bright, allways halve closed Eyes are the only remotely interesting detail about his face, everything is pretty much average and easy to forget.
He has the distant potential to look athletic should he ever bother to work out, broad shoulders, straight back, long Arms and sleek hands. Since a riding accident and a resulting long lasting injury he is used to put the left foot somewhat shorter than the right foot, enough to be noticed quickly.
He usually dresses casually in Jeans, Shirts and sneakers, but has a remarkable sortiment of warm, fur and Leather clothes and wears then outdoors whenever Temperature drops anywhere below hot.
He is one eighth Native American, but that's not really noticable.

<u>Mentality</u>: Julian is a calm and friendly guy with a good sense of humor. Sometimes somewhat too raw and morbid, sometimes somewhat too depressed. He likes company and rarely needs time for himself, allthough if he does, he insists to get it.
He prefers Physical work over mental, and acting over thinking, but usually prefers doing nothing or just hanging out over actual work.
He is not usually blunt or dense, but sometimes a glimpse of an unsympathic callousity shows through.
He is mildly interested in his partial Native American heritage and likes to jokefully blame it for all kinds of his characterfaults (and advantages) and even for his Power.

<u>Scholar Level</u>: He is no Genius, but smart enough to keep up with the School stuff without putting too much effort into it. Could be a straight B student instead of just passing if he'd bother.
He has an Impressive knowledge of Random Trivia and might know some things one doesn't learn in school.
Growing up in Texas as a partial Native American he thought it fits to learn riding and some outdoor skills, but more than the basics is beyond him.

<u>Power</u>: He is a Snatcher. He can make things appear, grapping a can of coke out of thin Air or a laserpointer out of an empty pocket. He can snatch anything of which he has a concrete conception... A Glock is no problem, a Phasor impossible. A can of N2O works, A generic toxic nerve gas he never even had heard off? No chance.
Julian cannot explain where the things he snatches come from, but some things... like Money or books... appear to sometimes have sleight... errors or alterations which brought him to the Idea that he might be snatching things from alternate Universes or Paralele Timelines or something like that.
He tries not to snatch too much or too unique things, since he read enough Sci-Fi and Fantasy books to suspect it will throw the worlds of balance or something like that, allthough he really has not clue wether it really will... suspicious is a sudden wealth without doubt, though.
Two things limit his Power mainly:
- The weight: The heavier the snatched thing is, the more effort it costs and the more exhausion does it cause... this is an exponential relation. To snatch a 2 lbs thing is 5 times harder than to snatch a 1 lbs thing.
- Sometimes he snatches the wrong thing. The less concrete his picture is, the more probably is it that he'll end up with something wrong...

<u>Background</u>: Not much to say. Parents divorced when he was four, he staid with his Mother who married again when he was seven. His Stepfather turned out to be ok after a few month of initial problems.
His Grandfather gave him his Native American name and told him the stories about his heritage which fuels his interest in that subject up to date.
He noticed his Powers when he was eleven in a rather unspectacular way, longer for his Teddy which was sold on a flea market... and suddenly he had a Teddy... not his Teddy, but close enough.
He kept his ability a secret and learned to disguise it as simple tricks, sleight of hands.
A few days ago Julian ran into a Mugger armed with a knife and obviously very drunk. He didn't gave Julian much chance to surrender his money or to retreat. fearing for his life Julian snatched a Colt and shot... of course he had learned how to shoot (It's Texas after all )
The Mugger survived badly injured. The Colt however... The Police arrived and Julian had some trouble explaining where he had a gun from and was arrested for illegal possesion of a weapon.
He allmost saw himself ending up in Prison... but instead a certain letter arrived.
There was some hassle with the Cops who did not like him leaving the City, but eventually they let him go.
