High Crimes

Once you have completed Selek's first quest and after you've waited 2 hours, speak to Selek again.

1. Selek will send you to HoF.
2. Find Sothis and destroy him.
3. Find a book. This book is in the same room as Sothis. When you enter the room head down to the right. It's leaning against the walkway.
4. Return to Selek

The next quest is To Speak the Unspoken
