This is roughly a 4 quest series. The end item is well worth the time invested. Between each quest you must wait 2 hours. The quest giver, Arbiter Selek, is located on a tiny chuck of rock in the Bonemire. To reach him, fly to the Cacotoxic Stain from Dreadnever. Now, fly back. As your cloud is heading back to Dreadnever, jump off the cloud when you see a Droag standing on a chunck of rock.
This quest requires you be lvl 65 and you must know Draconic
