Creative Commons is an organization that has developed a set of licenses designed to permit works to be shared with others, a form of "copyleft" in opposition to traditional restrictive copyright.
There are many different Creative Commons licenses; some permit (or forbid) commercial use; some permit (or forbid) making derivative works (modified copies). Original Eagle House Toolbox content is released to the public under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license, which permits both commercial use and derivative works but requires attribution.
