Pope Benedict XVI, born Joseph Alois Ratzinger on 16 April 1927, is the 265th and reigning Pope, by virtue of his office of Bishop of Rome, the head of the Catholic Church and, as such, Sovereign of the Vatican City State. Although a distinguished university theologian who in his adolescent years was conscripted into the Hitler Youth and subsequently the German anti-aircraft corps and who lost a cousin to the Nazi eugenics program, he is generally not regarded as being as awesome as his predecessor.
Pope Benedict appeared in the early days of DRAW Your Own Story 5 and in the beginning of DRAW Your Own Story 6, reminding CivGeneral of the moral imperative of succeeding in his respective quests.
