Franklin Roster

Franklin "Hogan" Roster is the third and incumbent chancellor of the Republic of Coruscant. A veteran of the First Nazi War, he presided over the Republic during the events of DRAW Your Own Story 10.
It is unclear as to whether Roster, although official head of state, is the "true" leader of the Republic, as he appears to defer to CivGeneral.[1] Nevertheless, he is the policymaker of Coruscant and more than capable of acting of his own accord.
