Christine Hawk (deceased) was the wife of Professor Vincent Hawk, mother of Ariel Hawk and aunt of Natalie Burns. She died within a week of Ariel being born, and it was because of her death that Natalie's parents grew apart from Vincent and Ariel, resulting in the strained relationship they currently maintain.
