Pier 70

Pier 70 lies along the western shore of the Pudget sound and is a loose collection of warehouses owned by Julia. Recently one of the warehouses was renovated and turned into an exhibit to showcase local artwork, the theme being an underwater city and affectionately named Atlantica after a setting in one of Julia's favourite movies. She plans on having 3 permanent exhibits and several other minor rotating exhibits to showcase artwork. Brian Spencer has recently come under stewardship of the area, and the spirit Ilune has claimed Atlantica as her personal haven, weaving protections around the complex to keep out unwanted visitors.
