The World according to Vecna: A world where everyone tells the truth, whenever it is absolutely important not to.

Vecna is a relative newcomer to the Terradon Pantheon. Only a thousand years ago, Vecna, a worshipper of Wee Jas, stole the secret of lichdom from the Gatekeepers and gave the secret to Nerull, Lord of Winter and Endings. For this deed, Nerull invested Vecna with a spark of divine energy, which allowed him to become a saint. After only a mere hundred years, the saint’s wisely-picked portfolio of secrets and lies has allowed him to grow in power, to become a greater god like the original children Heironious, Hextor, and Pelor. The priests of Vecna, who have no title (that would be giving it away) work in secret in major centres of population, acquiring secrets that they can use to gain their order more power.
