Ummm, 

Dave, Braden was the priest of Hieronius who faught with Adlar and Corwin in my interdimensional campaign. Darkainian was dead by then- it was Aydrian (the half dragon), Fiona (the vampiress) and Cromwell who were the principal enemies.

Maybe you are getting him mixed up with Robert the Druid, who was a crazy bad-ass motherfucker, and definetely somewhat evil
