Editing The Cracked

One of [[Darkainian]]'s formost lietenants, the Cracked was the leader of the dopplegangers who served [[Darkainian]]  as assassins and spies. Possessing the powerful [[Eye of Vecna]] and versed in the combat techniques of a monk, The Cracked was a deadly killer, made all the more deadly by the fact that he himself was a doppleganger.

Unfortunately, all dark Regimes have an end. The Cracked was eventually discovered and cornered by the last group of Mosslaide's wards, including the Conjuror [[Cromwell]] and Mosslaide's son [[Ian]]. Stragnely, the powers of the [[Eye of Vecna]] proved to be useless on Ian, and the distraction proved fatal to The Cracked, as it allowed Cromwell to summon a mighty Vrock Demon to slay the assassin.

Many historians mark this as the day [[Aberdon]] started to fall, for after the battle, [[Cromwell]], unseen by his companions, claimed the Cracked's [[Eye of Vecna]] for his own
