Enthralled by the sight of an infamous pirate, you watch as he loses the game.
“You cheat!” Captain Whitlock yells at the thief as he flips the table over and pulls out his pistol. In seconds, the tavern is divided between thieves and pirates, and it looks like a brawl is about to break out! Terrified, you freeze on the spot. Captain Whitlock spots you and holsters his gun. “Well boys, it seems we have a lady present. What’s your name?”
“Miss Beech,” you answer, slowly reaching for the pistol in your pocket.
“Miss Beech? Why your father owes me quite a sum of money. So I think you’ll be coming with me now.” Captain Whitlock approaches menacingly.
