Sadly, nothing is really known about Rivet City. Oh, we know it is there, and we know what it is now, but I mean the history.
My co-author was not very helpful. All she told me was: "None of them agree on a story. So let's just say I set the whole place up."
She did eventually tell me it was started as a research station, which is why it is still scientificy...
