SM:Outside the Bus Station

You run around the outside of the bus station looking for someone to help, it takes you about a minute to do a lap and you don't end up seeing anyone. As your final minute ticks away, you just stand there... defeated.
Until you spot someone acting suspiciously near one of the platforms.
A teenage girl, about 16, is waiting on Platform B while chatting on her cell phone. Behind her there is a man, about 20, trying to casually sneak up behind her but doing a very poor job of it. He stops within arms' reach behind her.
At first it appears as though he could just be an idiot, but as a bus pulls in bound for a platform A, you see him bring up his hands as if he was going to push the teen in front of the bus as it drives by!
