Go down into the Times Square subway station

The cold damp darkness of the subway tunnels hits you as you make your decent down the stairway. Normally, at this moment you would have been pushed back and forth by the endless streams of people trying to make their into the subway system like lab rats fighting through a maze for one measly piece of cheese. But now its different. Its just you and the stairs, and it makes for a much more personable albeit certainly more frightening experience...
As you get to the ground floor of the subway station you hop the turnstiles (no need to pay) and walk towards the loading station. However, as you approach the station you notice the trains are not running. To your left you spot a control room that may give you an opportunity to start the trains, however straight ahead also see an idle train with its doors open sitting at the station.
