There are plenty of suitable branches all over the place. You gather two arms full of wood within a few minutes. Grunting under the load you carry them back to the camp. Cate sits on the ground stroking the underside of her breasts in turns through her shirt.
"Put it down there," Cate says when she notices you.
You comply and return to the jungle to gather more wood. When you return, Cate is still occupied with her breasts.
"Are you all right?" you ask.
"Yes, it's just taking a while."
You drop your wood and go to get a third haul. Back at camp, Cate greets you with a relieved look on her face. She holds her top against her breasts, apparently catching the fluid.
"Done," she says.
Once more you leave camp, this time to find tinder. There is no suitable material close by; you have to venture deeper into the jungle. You make sure to orientate yourself via recognizable landmarks. After about half an hour, you finally find some bushes with fibrous capsules. You collect as many as you can and head back. You find Cate, still topless, edging the fire pit with large stones.
You hand her the tinder. You see that Cate must have been gathering little twigs in the meantime, which means you're done. You sit down and watch Cate rolling a stick against a piece of wood. The thought of getting dry is lifting your morale. 'Thanks' to the humidity, your clothes are still wet.
"Ha!" Cate hastily grabs some tinder and manages to get it smouldering. She shields the ember and blows carefully into until the tinder develops white smoke. Cate feeds more tinder until a little flame develops, then feeds a mix of tinder and the smallest twigs. After ten minutes, a small fire is burning, and Cate carefully manages it until you finally can put larger branches on.
While Cate manages the fire, you get a stone with a sharp edge and clobber down a vine. With two sticks you improvise a clothesline over the fire. You could now dry your clothes, but then you'd have to endure a heightened chance of cuts and bruises on your body - and cuts and bruises in a tropical environment also bare the danger of infections. Your shins and arms look bad enough.
