These spells are an original invention of Maria Cortez. The magic itself from her contribution is really not that strong, but the ingredients in the spells are mixtures of both gold and silver fairy dust witch imbunes the effects of these sorceries with great power and influence on the human reproductive organs in manners similar and related to the effects of fairy dust in the first place. Essentially, what Maria has done is to slightly alter the effects of fairy dust to have functions that are slightly closer to what she wants it to do.
Beings the silver fairy dust is far more rare and hard to come by, even with Avarone loyally contributing it for her at a regular rate, each combination uses as little silver fairy dust for the effect as possible with gold dust acting almost as much as a suspension as an active ingredient.
In all cases, the ability of the gold fairy dust to grant flight has been magically consumed in order to fuel the rest of the transmorgification of the powder's nature, and the aphrodisiac effects of the silver dust has been partially mitigated as well. Maria did not intentionally mitigate the aphrodisiac effects, but did not see a need to maintain them either as it would make those it is used on less suspicious. Other than that, the two combined types of fairy dust maintain all of their original functions in addition to whatever combined effects Maria has granted them.
1/100 mix
Unlike the other powders, this mix relies more on the gold dust and thus has less need for the silver witch is why the concentration of silver fairy dust is so low. The function of this mixture is that if, rubbed on to the female genitals, it will render all hormonal birth control methods non-functional for 1 month, during witch time that female will be extremely fertile for the entire duration. It will only work on females who have already reached sexual maturity.
1/20 mix
The primary magic behind this blend is, in effect, to alter the speed of the normal precocious puberty inducing effects of silver fairy dust. If rubbed upon the sex organ of a pre-pubescent child or infant, this powder will bring them to full sexual maturity in the space of a single week. Females will ovulate their first egg exactly one week after recieving this powder, and males will become able to shoot sperm.
1/4 mix
This is the most potent and powerful of the three powders, and was designed for a very special purpose. Unlike the other two, this one is not meant to be rubbed upon the recipient's sex organ, but used as the focus for a magic ritual to imbune its recipient with the power of a fairy's sexual fluids. Maria has prepared 3 doses of this preparation, meant for Jimbo Lane, and Jack and Aaron Gunderson. Once the magic ritual is complete, their semen will have all the impregnation effects of silver fairy dust combined with the higher virility of human semen as well as the healing effects of gold fairy dust, meaning they will impregnate any female they have sex with regardless of age and even if they are too large for the girl they will heal all damage to her vagina once their sperm goes inside her. They will even be able to impregnate a woman who has had her uterus and ovaries removed as the healing effects would restore her womb, and it would also have the effects of the 1/100 mixture to impregnate a woman even if she is taking oral contraceptives.
Additionally, the three of them will also have an almost inexhaustible supply of semen, making them capable of ejaculating several dozen times in a single day.
(Note: the other two mixtures require very little total fairy dust, however this mixture requires about a full shot-glass full of the stuff for each dose, witch requires about half a year to collect from 4 separate sources (one of them being the limiting factor that is Avaron due to him being the only one able to produce silver fairy dust))
