You don't want to get too sexual too soon. You decide to compliment her arms.
The sleeves of Annabelle's white blouse are rolled up to her elbows, displaying her forearms. They are muscular and well-developed, perfect for giving great hand jobs, and the darkness of their brown tan is emphasized even more by the white color of her blouse. She wears a black leather bracelet on each wrist that covers up the thinnest part of her wrists and makes her forearms look even thicker.
"You have nice forearms, Annabelle," you say, holding your arm next to hers. Yours is clearly smaller, and your skin looks very pale next to her deep brown color. "I wish mine were as big as yours."
The nurse looks a little taken aback, but not offended. "Um...thanks, I guess. Yeah, mine are definitely bigger." She's looking at you, trying to figure out where you're going.
