"Uh...nice weather we're having," you say.
"Yes," agrees Annabelle. She gives you a strange look.
You talk with her a little more, asking her about her experiences at nursing school and working at a hospital. She is polite, but distant. Finally you decide to get some actual work done. You finish your few tasks quickly and get to surfing the Internet, reading sexy stories.
Annabelle suddenly appears beside you. "Hey, Paul?"
Startled, you quickly close the browser window with the sex story you were reading about the female warrior. Looking at the clock, you see that almost two hours have passed. Damn, time flies when you're reading erotic fiction. "Yes?" you say.
"It's really dead today and there's nothing to do. I'm going out for a little bit. Want to join me? We could go to the park. Or if you're worried about getting sunburned, we can go someplace indoors. Doesn't matter to me, I never burn because of my natural dark tan."
Your heart leaps into your throat. Hang out with sexy Annabelle? Hell yes. But then you remember that this is a job, and this is your first day.
