I'd like to say War and Sex is a great "Adventure" and I have created an account just so I can help continue telling this great Conan-escapade.
Cool Rev that you´ve chosen to work on this story, good start! I´ve havent worked on this in a while, althrough I thought about continuing writing, or rewritting some parts of it for some time now. However my computer spontaneously died on me so now I can´t write anything :) Fletcher Peninsula
Im really impressed by the world setting and Im a sucker for Robert E. Howard stories. I hope to fill in some of the dead links in the beginning. But I hope you and some others will add more as well. Thanks. -Rev

I am kind of on a hiatus right now. My real life is simply to time-consuming for writing CYOA. Writing takes a lot of time for me, being dyslextic and not speaking english as my first language I must often double-check the meaning and spelling of words and such. So cranking out pages is a lot of work. That being said, it appears things are begining to loosen up. So I might get back to writing soon enough.
I really don´t know why I never spent more time on this story. It seems to be the one CYOA people like the best among my sparse work. I do have the plot planned out in my head, so that isn´t the problem. (I´m a natural ploter, pretty much inventing the whole story in my head before writing and then see what modifications happen). There´s also some things I´m not satisfied with, like never giving the King a name for instance *facepalm*.
That being said, when I return, I´ll give this story some thought and see what I come up with.

Good to hear, this is the best article on this entire site, its pages are usally detailed and terricically plotted and its actually seems seriously written,.. i mean typed, not just some cheap pathic half-assed attempt at a article that alot of people post, so id have to say that in my oppion your one of the best authors, or what ever you call the people on here that post articles,on here; so thank you again for planning on working on "War and Sex" article.

Its been some time since i last posted here. But are you still active on this site and if you are are you goin to continue working on War and Sex. Please do, It is and probably always will be my favorite story on here. -Axeace42
Well thanks for the enthusiasm. I'm still around and checking out the site daily. But with the university and work and everything else free time is basically something I see in movies nowadays (I've noticed this happening to many authors I like also, hehehe). Plus, one also tends to grow a bit weary of writing after finishing the monthly essay or spending times with friends so that the brain is more focused on social activities instead of wordplay, plot structure and how to craft the next sex scene. A story like this is so time-costly. It requires so much patience to build stuff up that it's hard to keep the discipline for an established story-arc when the mind is going off in so many different directions.
But, you know, still a plotter. I'll take a look at the story again. I'm also one of those people who are constantly critical of one's own writhing. I feel like re-writing pretty much every story I've done. So, to be frank, I'm pretty much done with being a regular contributor to the site. I'll maybe add a page from time to time. Sorry if I'm disappointing you, but that's the gist of it
