Avery had gone to pre-school with King SweaterHead in the Before Time.
Pawns of the King
Avery appears to be living in the Blue Building with the other Pawns of the King characters. He had ordered a flame thrower from the Flying Pink Monkey that he received around the same time KS got his pizza. He preceeded to set the room on fire but the FBI confiscated the fire and neuralized him.
After KS got his pizza back from Lehatu, and Beca530 told KS how he got these scars, he appeared randomly wearing MiB clothes to put Beca in a sleeper hold and give GOLDENHERO.1 and Monkey Beca's money. The MiB Leader then proceeded to "Brigail" ("Regale," a word nobody except That Guy knew at the time) everybody with the story of how Avery joined the Government.
