Vesturhavnar Airport Vágar (often shortened to Vesturhavnar Airport) is the only international airport in Kalduroyar, and is located near the village Suðurvágur in the municipality of Vágar in Fjørðoy County. The airport is meant to serve the capital of Kalduroyar, Vesturhavnar, hence the name. Vesturhavnar Airport is the only airport in the islands with regular traffic. The airport operates one single runway, pointing in a south–north axis. Right after the end of the runway, the land hits the frothing ocean.
