Zuo Yi is an upcoming artist from Clumsy Media, set to become active in the China entertainment industry. He is the only revealed public trainee by the company. Since an young age he has displayed an interest in performance, especially singing and started taking vocal lessons at the age of eight. Eventually he started posting online videos of him covering various songs and attracted noteable media and online attention for his potentials and young age and earned two million views in just a year.

In 2010 he joined the popular television show Day Day Up's recording of the junior teen division as a fixed member and earned an large amount of student fans across the country. Seeing his abilities, he was approached by RTA Records and signed on to become part of the teen idol performance group. Whilst in school two years later, Zuo was scouted by a talent scout from Clumsy Media and allowed him for an private audition which impressed the staff members greatly. Within two weeks he was signed under an exclusive contract under the company CEO's guidance.

The news at the time attracted great media attention coverage as Zuo was still signed by his previous company, and was paid to terminated under millions of dollars, the second most amount of money Clumsy Media has ever invested into an artist after actress model Kei Nangon. As of 2012 he has begun training in various areas but is continuing his studies in China.
