"The Kid Story" is the debut extended play by South Korean solo rapper and male vocal Hwangbo Gun or mostly recognized by his stage name - Mr. Kid. It was released in 2011 after he made his debut with the projetc group Coffee Musicians on their second full album. The album not only did extremely well in Korea with the sales but also in China and Australia on the digital charts. It raised Hwangbo's publicity immensley and established him as a well off solo artist apart from his group where he made hs very first debut.
Artists such as Sori and E.Via who is known to be the fastest female rapper in Korea are featured in this album. Hwangbo also collaborated with the fastest rapper in Korea The Outsider and veterian rapper MC Mong.
