Kim Shi Hoo is a South Korean actor who starred in the critically acclaimed film Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (2005) and A Bloody Aria (2006). His popularity had first reached mainstream success when he starred in the coming of age movie Sunny (2011), and the romance drama Love Rain (2012). He is known in the industry for his symbolic good looks and has been praised for his dedicated work ethtic since his debut.
Due to his selective nature, he's known to have a limited number of works as compared to another artist who made their debut around the same time as he did. In an 2012 interview with 10Asia for the first time he talked of his private life and revealed that "acting is merely a hobby" and does not consider it to be his "full time comittment".
