On 16TH September 2011, the group formally changed their name to '''Il Marie''' which means ''the sea'' in Italian to accompany their smooth listening music style due to company changes and is now active under '''Clumsy Media'''. Under the new company the group released their first ever limited edition Japanese album [[《CYBORG SOUL》]].
