Zuo Yi is an upcoming artist from Clumsy Media, set to become active in the China entertainment industry. He is the only revealed public trainee by the company. Since an young age he has displayed an interest in performance, especially singing and started taking vocal lessons at the age of eight. Eventually he started posting online videos of him covering various songs and attracted noteable media and online attention for his potentials and young age and earned two million views in just a year.

In 2010 he joined the popular television show Day Day Up's recording of the junior teen division as a fixed member and earned an large amount of student fans across the country. He was signed by RTA Records to become part of the teen idol performance group.
