Secret Identity: Robert (Bob) Malley (Although he often forgets to keep it secret)

Physical description:

Powers:

Bob can summon and control alcoholic beverages. His usual attack is to fire a blast of drink at a foe, getting them wet and -hopefully- drunk. If he uses his powers too much, he gets drunk(er than usual) and is completely useless for the next few hours, unless you have need of a vomiting doorstop. Controlling drinks is easier and takes less sobriety than summoning.

Costume:

His regular clothes plus an antique set of Army surplus webbing, filled with glasses.

Personality: An eternally sozzled man. Usually cheerful and helpful (or at least tries to be) but prone to melancholy spells, and has a short temper.

Background/History:

Bob was never an upstanding citizen. He comes from a long line of drunks and is content to keep up the tradition. He's lived on and off the streets for the past few years, and is currently living in an abandoned house. He got his powers eight years ago. He wanted a drink, suddenly, splash! He'd summoned one. He thought it was pretty cool and decided to have another drink.
