Background Story:

Was an XP3C in the 111th. Although he was often picked on by officers, enlisted and one or two higher ranking XPs due to his size and lack of intelligence, he was simply too dumb to imagine life any other way. He wasn't a particularly good soldier- he was great in combat, but he had poor discipline and often forgot to do routine tasks such as look after his kit. Pretty much the only reason he survived long enough to desert in Vulcron-Fox was because he was popular among the other XPs, who would often remind him what he needed to do, or in some cases, actually do it for him. When the rest of the 111th deserted, he just tagged along because he didn't want to be separated from his friends. After desertion, he remained in One-Eleven's militia because soldiering was the only thing he'd ever done, and had no idea what else to do. He also took occasional jobs on farms and businesses as a security guard or a manual labourer. A couple of months after the 111th deserted, his weapon stopped firing with a 'clunk'. When one of his friends looked at it for him, they found that it was a miracle the weapon had lasted so long. The working parts were rusty, caked with a mixture of old gun oil and dust and were completely seized up. Without a proper armourer and equipment, repair was impossible, so he used his sidearm instead. Which he then lost. Eventually, he found a pre-war sledgehammer in some ruins and took to using that.

  • He's very stupid.
  • He hates being called stupid
  • His nickname is 'Turnip'. This is because of three reasons: 1. Turner and Turnip sound similar. 2. His head looks kind of like one and 3. Because he's an idiot. Someone said he was 'thick as a turnip' and people started calling him that. The nickname stuck. He has yet to figure out the third reason.
  • Although he's not likely to pick a fight with anyone, people are often wary around him because of his sheer size. However, he is actually quite friendly and rarely violent unless told to be.
  • When hurt or yelled at, Turner is likely to cry.

  • A pre-war sledgehammer. Slightly rusty.
  • A bottle of water
  • A bundle of food- mainly dried meat, some dried vegetables and occasionally a can or two.
