Personality

Although her behaviour can be effected by others, she's normally shy, timid and unconfident. She sometimes 'spaces out', becoming blank and unresponsive and is prone to migraines. If she manages to overcome her shyness, one would find she is quite amiable. Natasha often tries to please others.

Background:

Natasha lived with her boyfriend Dimitri in Zadonsk in Russia, where she worked as a waitress. Back then, she behaved differently- the lack of confidence etc she currently displays is mainly the result of the shock, etc, of waking up on an alien spaceship, far from home, and with inhuman abilities. Dimitri was driving her to a small village quite a way out of town for a job interview (working as a wealthy businessman's maid would pay much better than her current job) when the car's engine stopped. Suddenly, they were surrounded by light. She remembers nothing after that until she woke up in a strange room, her long hair gone and a few sore stitch marks in its place. After her abduction, the aliens experimented on her. Specifically, on her brain. Various surgeries, druggings and enhancements have been performed on it.

Skills/abilities:

• Telepathy- Can project her thoughts into the minds of others. She can't, however, read minds. An exception to this is that she can understand thoughts directed at her.* Sometimes, she'll let thoughs slip that she didn't mean to.
• Speaks Russian, and only Russian. Fortunately, her telepathy is understandable by all.

*An explanation for this would be that the aliens did a similar experiment on her to the one they did on Adrian, but due to differences in their brains, hers wasn't as successful. Now, instead of being able to read other's thoughts, they all sort of merge together into an unintelligible mass. Only thoughts directed at her would be able to rise above the morass of subconscious and other thoughts.
