Making the K capital makes you think the K belongs to the CXJ part, which makes you wonder what the K means. In theory, Gary's page should be /Gary CXJK instead of his last name.
GaryCXJk. Capital CXJ, lower case k. Get it right. Also, it doesn't really matter, since I lately often use Gary Kertopermono for my work.

- Well, if you really think of it good, it does make sense. Sure, it isn't the "right" convension, but from an artistic point of view it just works better.
