During the event, the performers portray villainous heels and heroic babyfaces as matches are booked and scripted in advance with pre-determined outcomes to matches arranged by the booker and creative staff of the promotion.

2KW Second Coming featured multiple talent from 2KW as well as the RWA federation inside the famous ACE Arena in Union City, New Jersey. It was headlined with 2KW World Champion Kris Kage defending his championship against Raze, William Black and Check, a match which Kage prevailed to retain his title.
