The (BWE Championship) is widely recognized as the most historic championship in BWE. Dating back to 2009, the BWE Championship was first awarded to Stone Hardy after he defeated Steven Hardy in a singles match at BWE: Raising The Bar.

The title was first introduced on December 6th, 2009, where Stone Hardy defeated Steven Hardy in a singles match with the help of the new blood.
